Keeproom — a private journal that reflects with you
Email support@keeproom.app and a person will read it. Since Keeproom stores nothing on a server, please describe what happened rather than expecting us to look up your account — there isn't one.
I don't see any reflections
Reflections are generated by Apple's on-device model, which needs an iPhone 15 Pro or newer with Apple Intelligence switched on. Keeproom tells you which of these applies in Settings. On other iPhones everything else still works: writing, voice entries, search, insights, export and the Face ID lock.
If you have a supported iPhone, check Settings → Apple Intelligence & Siri is enabled. After enabling it, iOS may take a few hours to finish downloading the model.
Will my journal sync to my other devices?
Not yet. Keeproom keeps everything on one device, which is what allows it to promise that nothing leaves your iPhone. Encrypted sync is planned as an opt-in feature.
How do I back it up?
Settings → Export journal as Markdown, then save the file wherever you keep things. This matters more than in most apps: because nothing is stored on a server, a lost or erased iPhone means a lost journal, and we cannot recover it for you.
What does the Memory tab do?
As you write, Keeproom keeps short notes about the people, events and patterns you mention, so later reflections have context. Every note is listed in Memory, quotes the words it came from, and can be pinned or deleted. Nothing is remembered that you did not write.
Voice entries aren't recording
Keeproom needs microphone and speech-recognition permission (Settings → Keeproom). It also requires on-device transcription — if your iPhone or language can't transcribe offline, Keeproom declines to record rather than sending your audio to a server.
How do I delete everything?
Delete individual entries by opening one and tapping the bin, memory notes by swiping in the Memory tab, or everything at once by deleting the app. There is no server copy.
Is Keeproom therapy?
No. It's a journal that asks questions. It doesn't diagnose, doesn't give medical advice, and isn't a substitute for professional help. If you're struggling, the app links to crisis resources in Settings; in the US you can call or text 988.
